Where is Bidoup Nui Ba National Park located?

The park is the home for over 14 out of 33 conifer species in Vietnam including many endemic and rare species, namely two-flat-needle leaf pine, five-needle leaf pine, Himalayan Yew (Taxus wallichiana), etc.

The place is home for 441 species of vertebrate animals from 30 orders and 98 families. Thirty-two species are listed in the IUCN Red Book including many valuable, rare animals.

To date, a total of 382 vertebrate species have been recorded at the Bidoup Nui Ba

Bidoup Nui Ba National Park‘s width to 90km, with a cold climate characteristic of high altitudes (over 1400m) makes the bird fauna here very plentiful, in addition to some endemic species such as: Vietnamese Greenfinch, Vietnamese Cutia, Collared Babbler, there are also many rare species or endemic subspecies due to geographical separation such as Red-crossbill, Yellow-billed Nuthach, Brown Prinia, Dalat Shrike-babbler.
