Endemic and specialties Birds in top level of south-part of southern Viet Nam, up to 2150m above sea level, is represented by the LangBian Plateau
Di Linh Plateau is the largest plateau in southern Vietnam, if you keep going a little further north, about 80km more, you will meet the smaller plateau, Langbian Plateau. This is the rooftop plateau of southern Vietnam. The elevation of this plateau is from 1400m to 2400m above sea level. Among the adjacent lowlands, Langbian emerges as a towering plateau, a truly terrestrial island. This has resulted in the ramifications of tens of millions of years in birds. We can meet up to 18 endemic and special bird species in Langbian which is an impressive number! Some birds are geographically separated but become more distinctive such as: Red Crossbill, Annam Sunbird, Black-headed Sibia, Dalat Shrike Babbler. always gives a feeling of excitement to birders who observe them for the first time.

Endemic and specialties Birds in top level of north-part of southern Viet Nam, up to 2300m above sea level, is represented by the Mang Den and Ngoc Linh mountain
The northern part of the central highlands of Vietnam, where the Ngoc Linh mountain peak is highest in southern Vietnam. An ancient mountain range is closely related to the majestic Himalaya formation. There is a special type of climate, cold due to the high altitude, but around the foot of the mountain is a hot tropical coastal climate. It is this difference that has helped form the splitting of birds that have passed through millions of years of evolution. There are two stops for birders to explore endemic and special birds, namely Mang Den town and Mount Ngoc Linh.
